Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:
All
exchanges must be submitted to the PowerSPORTS4Less
Customer Service department at: 913-592-3493 or email
to: returninfo@PowerSPORTS4less.com
for review and approval prior to exchanging any merchandise.
All exchanges sent without prior authorization will be
returned to the customer, and no exchange will be
offered.
There are NO REFUNDS, but exchanges for another size
or a similar item are permitted with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
All
exchange claims must be made within thirty(30)
business days of the original shipping date, as indicated
on your Invoice, and MUST be in the original packaging
and brand new condition.
Any
product defects or damages must be communicated to PowerSPORTS4Less
within three (3) business days of receiving the package or
a exchange may be refused. All warranties are handled by the manufacturer or distributor of the item, but PowerSports4Less will assist you in this matter. Please call our Customer
Service department at 1-913-592-3493.
Damaged
or Missing Items - If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping,
or your package becomes lost, you must contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS
within 48 hours of delivery to file a damage claim for replacement.
Once claims are finalized with the shipper, only then will
PowerSPORTS4Less.com order and send out the replacement products.
Incorrect
Item Received - Any shortages or incorrect items sent concerning
your order must be communicated to PowerSPORTS4Less within
three (3) business days of receiving the package or a correction
may be refused. PowerSPORTS4Less will replace incorrect items
and pay return shipping charges. PowerSPORTS4Less will reimburse
Standard Ground shipping rates only.
Once
a product exchange request is approved, a
Return Authorization number will be issued. Once a Return
Authorization number is issued, please fill out the form below and include the Return Authorization form with your package. By filling out and returning the form, it will allow us to process your exchange in a timely matter.

Inventory
that cost less the $10.00 are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items
approved for exchange must be received by
PowerSPORTS4Less within thirty (30) business days of the
original shipping date, or return will be refused,
and no exchange will be issued.
Exchanges
are not subject to a restocking fee; and only are eligible
to be exchanged for the same item, when available, of a
different size or color. All exchanged products must be
returned with all original packaging (I.e. Tags, hangers, plastic bag, etc.). Customer pays return
shipping charges.
Shipping
and Handling charges are neither refundable nor creditable.
PowerSPORTS4Less
is not liable for mistakes or delays caused by freight carriers.
In the event a freight carrier delivers later than the time
frame paid for by a customer, a claim must be made with
the freight carrier. PowerSPORTS4Less will cooperate in any
way possible to aid in recovering lost delivery charges.
If an appropriate size or a similiar product cannot be located, PowerSports4Less will provide store credit to the customer. Store credit has no expiration date, and can be used towards any product available at PowerSports4Less.com. PowerSPORTS4Less will cooperate in any
way possible to aid in offerning store credit, or getting our customer into a product they are going to enjoy.
